Nevis is seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Project Manager to help fuel our rapid expansion in Europe and worldwide by taking charge of the management of some of our most valued projects for key clients. We are customer-focused and passionate about creating the highest level customer experience at all times therefore, this position plays a key role in maintaining this goal and company value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with proven project management expertise to successfully lead and deliver complex technical projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination to achieve project goals.
You are not expected to have Identity and Access management experience specifically, but to be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of projects such as software/CIAM integration, IT security, or similar.

Your responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure the successful execution of projects by closely monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet organizational objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources appropriately to ensure efficient project delivery.
Work closely with team leads to assess workloads, identify potential bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation.
Risk Management:
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Address stakeholder concerns and expectations, ensuring alignment with project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Conduct project retrospectives to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Implement lessons learned to enhance project management processes.
